Amador County 49er Treasure Trail

49er Treasure Trail is back, March 27-28, 2010!

Solve clues! Earn points! Compete to win prizes! Family friendly and fun!

The 49er Treasure Trail adventure is a fun way to tour Amador County while learning a little bit along the way. The game hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, March 27th and 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday, March 28th. You can play the whole weekend, one day, or just a few hours.

Solve a clue and receive a token worth ten points. Points can also be earned by stopping in businesses that are Play Spots. Guidelines will be posted at each business on how to earn Play Points. Prizes will be given for the most tokens and play points earned, plus other awards like who traveled the furthest, most fun team, greenest team, etc. Prizes include hotel rooms, meals, merchandise, show tickets, and gift certificates from local merchants.

Please place your team reservation below. You may register the whole team, or each team member may register separately. Basic Registration includes a program with rules, clues and Play Spots, lanyard and ID, a gunny sack to hold tokens. Deluxe Registration is Basic Registration plus lunch on Sunday, before the Award Ceremony. Lunch includes: French dip sandwich, chips, soda or water. A no-host bar will be available with beer and wine. After confirmation of your team reservation is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a registration form attached and more details about 49er Treasure Trail. The PDF registration form needs to be completed by each team member and dropped off at registration check-in. Please call Amador Council of Tourism at 877-868-7262 with any questions. I agree to be solely responsible for any costs, claims, damages and expenses incurred as a result of my participation in the 49er Treasure Trail. I also understand that I am participating in the event at my own risk. In the event of any loss or injury sustained from participating in the aforementioned event, I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Amador Council of Tourism, the promoters, sponsors, employees and agents of this event from any lawsuits or demands from any organization based on my participation in this event.

I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.
