Amador County Recreation Agency
Founded in 2003, the Amador County Recreation Agency (ACRA) is a joint powers authority designed to meet the recreation needs of all Amador county residents and visitors. The agency creates, maintains and develops recreation facilities and programs within Amador County.
Amador County Parks
ACRA maintains several parks throughout the county, including Lyons Park, Pioneer Park, and Fiddletown Park.
Annual Special Events
Great Sutter Creek Duck Race, Kennedy Mine BBQ, Outdoor Cinema, and much more!
British Soccer Camp, Horse Camp, Break-Dance Camp, Children’s Theater Workshop
Diverse range of courses such as:  Home Winemaking, Creative Writing,  Arts, Crafts, Cooking Specialty Foods, Gardening, Fly-Fishing, Gold Geology, CPR & First Aid, Self-Defense, Photography, etc.
Annual events:  49er Bypass Run/Walk, Bear River Aquathlon, Tri-Amador Triathlon, Youth Sports-Fair
Adult, Co-Ed And Youth Leagues:  Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Dodgeball, Disc Golf, Softball, Tennis, Flag Football also Recreational Swimming, Yoga and Zumba classes.
